As conflicts around the world drive up defence and security budgets, attendance at this year’s Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) is expected to outdo all previous editions, as the world’s largest technology expo for military, security, and emergency services applications sets up in the ExCeL in London for its 24th year, from September 12 to 15.

With this year’s theme of Achieving an Integrated Force across land, air, sea and space as well as the cyber and electromagnetic domains, autonomous vehicles are expected to have a bigger presence than ever.

Advances in interoperability and teaming of crewed and uncrewed systems are likely to be showcased widely among the 2800 exhibitors (which includes at least 230 suppliers doing so for the first time).

Attendees seeking solutions for tackling defence challenges can follow this year’s DISruptive TEChnology (DisTec) Trails, which are designed to guide visitors around the exhibition according to their areas of interest, as well as the Future Tech Hub for cutting edge solutions and insightful discussions on AI, cyber security and more.
